Event participation fees will be clearly indicated for both members and the general public.

Membership validity period
The validity period for volunteer members, individual members, and group members is one year (12 months) from the date of enrollment (date of membership fee payment).
This does not correspond to our organization's fiscal year (April 1st to March 31st of the following year).
Sponsorship membership is a one-time financial support (sponsorship) arrangement and is not automatically renewed.
Automatic renewal/cancellation (withdrawal)
Individual and corporate members will have their membership automatically renewed for another year under the same conditions before their current membership expires. To cancel automatic renewal (notify us of your intention to withdraw), please do so through your member's My Page (Purchase History & Cancellation) at least one month before your membership expires.
Even in the case of early termination, your membership will remain active until the paid membership period expires, and your membership will officially be terminated on the expiration date.
Refund of membership fees
Membership fees and dues (annual fees and sponsorship fees) that have already been paid will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control or force majeure, we will fully refund the participation fee paid at the time of the event. In the case of cancellations due to the member's circumstances, the following cancellation policy will generally apply.
Up to 7 days before the event date: Free
Cancellation policy: 50% of the cancellation fee for cancellations made 6 days to 1 day before the event.
Cancellation on the day of the event or no-show: 100%
