Event cancellation fee

• Up to 7 days before the event: Free

• Cancellation policy: 6 days to 1 day before the event: 50% of the participation fee

• Cancellation on the day of the event (including unexcused absences): 100% of the participation fee

* In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, we will refund the full participation fee.

* When processing a refund, a processing fee or bank transfer fee may be deducted depending on the payment system or bank transfer specifications used.

* For some events where seating, ingredients, guests, etc., are confirmed in advance, a "non-refundable" rule may apply, meaning that cancellations and refunds will not be accepted regardless of the number of days remaining until the event date. In such cases, this will be clearly indicated on the application screen for each event.
